Text is arguably the simplest content type. It contains the same type of text contained within the paragraph you're reading now. However, it comes in two different forms.

Inputs

Text and textarea are the same, except the textarea input is larger.

Rich text

The Rich text type has a full-blown text editor, complete with markdown and styling.

Take care not to let it override the styling in your website recipe.
